1. Digital License & Personal Use
When you purchase a blueprint from BuildWoodPlans, you are granted a **limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license** to use the files for your personal DIY woodworking projects.
- Permitted Use: You may build physical items based on these blueprints for your personal use, home decor, or to sell as finished physical items locally.
- Restricted Use: You may NOT share, distribute, resell, upload, sub-license, or republish the digital blueprints, PDF files, cut lists, or 3D diagrams in any digital or physical format.
2. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to the digital PDF blueprints, text descriptions, logos, graphics, 3D render designs, visual layout styles, and photographs, is the exclusive intellectual property of BuildWoodPlans and is protected by international copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
3. Safety Disclaimer & Liability Limitation
Woodworking is inherently dangerous. Using hand tools, power tools, saws, and heavy building materials carries significant risk of physical injury.
⚠️ **SAFETY FIRST:** You are solely responsible for your own safety while cutting wood, using machinery, and assembling any project. Always wear safety glasses, hearing protection, dust masks, and follow the safety guidelines of your tool manufacturers.
By purchasing and using our plans, you acknowledge that BuildWoodPlans shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect injury, loss of property, damage, or expenses incurred during the construction, transport, or usage of the items built from our plans.
4. Digital Deliverables
We sell digital items only. No physical blueprints, lumber, paint, hardware, or tools are shipped to you. Upon completion of payment processing via Polar.sh or Etsy, you will receive an automatic download link to retrieve your PDF files.
5. Modifications of Terms
We reserve the right to revise or amend these Terms of Use at any time to reflect changes in our catalog, checkout providers, or legal obligations.
